The Project Manager leads the day-to-day execution across all projects, including: print, broadcast, digital, POS, social, experiential, events, pitch presentations etc. This person will be responsible for the communication and delivery of all projects to the client and is responsible for the creation of timings and schedules based on information provided by client/brand team. This person owns the full project process from initial briefing, through concept approval, client presentations and revisions, and final creative delivery. The Project Manager manages the creative and design team’s time raising any red flags as issues arise, while also ensuring the client feedback/approval process is running smoothly and to the client’s expectations. They will work hand-in-hand with the Brand Director to ensure both agency and clients expectations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and execute full-cycle project plans and leads the creative process: define project schedules, objectives, and deliverables to meet the needs of the client
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to expectations
  • Oversee traffic management of and resources of projects
  • Monitor work-in-progress against job specifications, and controls scope creep throughout the process to eliminate surprises and successfully deliver the work
  • React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, while assisting creative teams in prioritization of work
  • Coordinate project expectations with brand team, creative team and third party vendors
  • Develop and maintain proper vendor relationships to accomplish goals
  • Mitigate team conflict and communication problems; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Manage stock photography purchases
  • Manage design team’s daily schedules/workload using Trello
