Front Lines Security Associate

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the agency by warmly greeting, welcoming, and directing guests and employees appropriately
  • Timely answer incoming calls professionally and direct caller to the appropriate resource
  • Create and maintain a safe, secure and positive environment by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing physical security measures   
  • Escort employees to parking lot, as needed
  • Ensure that office is always “client presentable” (i.e. lobby and front desk are organized, kitchen area is clean)
  • Oversee cleanliness of conference rooms (tidy and fully stocked before general office hours and immediately after meetings) and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail daily, as well as receive and organize all UPS, USPS, and FedEx packages
  • Assist with coordinating employee events, such as QDOBA Tuesdays and other employee functions, as well as working lunch meetings throughout the week
  • Coordinate all client meeting needs (i.e. coffee, water, drinks, snacks); partner with Operations & Project Managers in advance to ensure all client meeting requests are met
  • Assist with coordination of any general office maintenance and building repairs
  • Proactively coordinate office supply orders and anticipate future needs
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of front desk reception/customer service experience, preferably within a startup environment or hospitality industry
  • Experience working in a security role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational skills with a keen eye to detail
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve quickly, efficiently
  • Extremely reliable and able to work noon until 8:00 pm daily, but with flexibility for later hours as needed

At Mistress, the Group Director of Media Services will build and manage the rapidly growing Mistress media business and team. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of media experience in a supervisory capacity with extensive planning and digital knowledge
  • You maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departments) and externally (clients, media vendors)
  • Superior client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans

Media Supervisor

As a Media Supervisor at Mistress, you are the day to day leader of the Integrated Media team for your clients, bringing great advertising and communications campaigns to life. The Media Supervisor drives the creation, management, and stewardship of client media plans and investments. The Media Supervisor role is a step toward more senior leadership within the Media Department and the agency overall.

Responsibilities

We are a small agency.  From Day 1, our supervisors have hands on ownership of the day-to-day integrated media planning and execution activities for their clients and opportunities to get involved in larger areas of agency development.

Below are some of the key activities/expectations of our Media Supervisors:

  • Become the expert in your client’s business, including the industry, competitors and all client research, business and performance results.
  • Produce strategically sound media plan recommendations across digital, traditional, influencer and paid social media that coincide with client objectives
  • Develop creative, innovative approaches to strategically reaching the target consumer
  • Flawlessly execute media plans
  • Oversee budget allocations for all media based on client initiatives and direction; accurately project costs and anticipate the financial results of plan revisions

  • Participate in larger areas of agency development: New Business pitches, internal committees, and task forces.
